I have been advised to have a dental implant in the last molar in the left side of my lower jaw. The price quoted seemed very high. What is considered a fair price for this procedure?

An implant can cost around 00. Then you need the crown on the implant which is about 1800

Medicaid does cover dental work, tha is deemed neccessary. If u need crowns, etc as decided by a dentist, than they will probably cover it.

Its hard in Iowa finding a dentist who will take Meidcaid, I don’t know if other states have more dentists that accept it or not.

I have a set of dentures on top since I was a young woman and I can’t stand them. I have had them changed several times but I just can’t wear dentures. I am trying to find out the approximate cost of a complete set of upper dental implants here in Canada; for the whole top row of teeth. I know they are expensive but I would gladly pay it if it was anywhere near reasonable. I just can’t stand dentures on top and I can’t chew properly or talk properly and nothing makes any difference. They are driving me crazy. Any advice would be appreciated!

I just looked it up online and in the USA it’s about 0-00 per tooth. I couldn’t find any prices for Canada, but if it’s more than that, do it in the US.

I dont think they cover implants. They deny most dental treatment except pulling teeth and even that they throw a lot of hurdles.

There are two major costs involved in dental implant treatment. The first is the implant itself and the second is the restoration (tooth or teeth) that is anchored by the implant.
